adequate stay with some shortcomings
room wear cobwebs on windows
the room was not as clean as i expect. i noticed cobwebs on the windows, and the room seemed a bit worn. also, i felt the price was a bit high for what was offered. i expect a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance for the price i paid.

charming stay with excellent service
friendly staff breakfast options convenient location river walk
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had plenty of options, setting me up well each morning (especially the eggs benedict!). the location suited me perfectly because it was near my daughter. the river walk to the town centre took just 35 minutes.
the pillows felt a bit flat for my preference.

dated room unresponsive remote
the location was convenient and the breakfast was good. however, the room felt a bit dated. i also found the tv remote to be unresponsive. Changing channels became a chore. it was a minor inconvenience, but detracted from an otherwise ok stay.

white towels helpful staff shabby entrance dirty windows
The ensuite bathroom was very clean. It had pure white, soft towels. The food tasted great, and the staff members were helpful.
The residents entrance seemed shabby and needed refurbishment! I think the room could have been cleaner, with cobwebs on the windows.

tired decor noticeable noise
the staff were friendly and cute and also helpful.
the decor in my room seemed a bit tired, i noticed this especially in the bathroom where the tiles looked old and worn.. it reminded me of some areas needed some attention. also, the room faced the road, and the traffic noise was quite noticeable. it.

comfortable bed gluten-free choice cute pub
I found the bed in my room to be VERY comfortable. The room offered many drinks. The breakfast included a good choice of gluten free options. The pub felt cute and its food tasted great.

the room was good the breakfast was great
i did not think the room was as clean as i expected cobwebs were present on the windows and the room seemed somewhat tired the price seemed a bit high for its presentation
